Cheshire Cycles Nantwich was formed in January 2023 and continues where Mark at One More Bike left off.

Based in rural Poole just outside Nantwich, we offer a full range of repairs to all forms of bikes
The workshop includes Mike, owner of Cheshire Cycles Warrington and Dave, former Cytech assessor and head mechanic at Tweeks Cycles / One Planet Adventure.

Mike Carlin – Cytech 2

Mike has come from a long background of competitive cycling.
Starting 2002 by competing in Bike Trial, By 2004 Mike was travelling all over the UK and into France to compete, entering the world level of Bike Trials.

Moving into Mountain biking with the occasional road bike ride, he spend’s his time either on the bike, Nantwich or the Warrington Workshop.

Dave Astley – Cytech 3 – Master Mechanic

Dave joins the team in March 2024 as the head mechanic, having enjoyed a rich history as both mechanic and head mechanic positions.

Starting life in North wales in his uncles bike shop, he progressed to be a Cytech Technical assessor in the early part of the 2000’s, assessing shop mechanics to ensure they were delivering high quality repairs.

From 2008, Dave was mechanic at Tweeks cycles in Wrexham before joining One Planet Adventure as Head Mechanic in 2013.
During this time he has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge across a broad range of the cycle world, both mechanical and management.
